Blouses - Vegan Shopping & Its Pitfalls

The majority of blouses in your regular online-shop are probably made of rayon/viscose and polyester. There are also blouses and dress shirts made of cotton, linen, or wool.

The unique cuts like slim or comfort fit are most often made with a blend containing different shares of elastane.

Conversely, blouses and dress shirts made of silk are not vegan-friendly. Thankfully their labeling and often their projected price makes it easy to distinguish as non-vegan.

You’re not dependent on silk. There are plenty of vegan options for chic blouses and dress shirts.
